We do everything it takes to achieve the authentic burger taste. In other words, that means that we use only the best ingredients for our pims. Juicy meat from South Tyrol, homemade sauce and fresh vegetables from the surroundings (according to the season).
Our special sauces are created in order to accompany each pims at its best: from medium, to spicy up to „On Fire“, our sauces gives pims that touch that makes it so unique. And since we love to experiment, our creativity doesn’t stop with the food but it continues with our selection of aperitifs and homemade lemonade! Taste is king at pims!
The same applies also for our wine and beer selection which respect the qualitative standards that we choose to have here at pims.

The bread

Backed daily by a local bakery, the pims is created following a recipe that we created.

The eggs

Chickens breeded freely makes better eggs, that’s a fact. Therefore, all the eggs we use for our dishes comes from chicken that live free and in optimal condition.

Turkey meat

All the cuts come from animal that were breeded freely in the countryside

Pig meat

Our pigs are breeded without the use of hormones, gene-modified food or any type of drugs

Cow meat

The red meat we use comes from cow that had fortune to grow in an uncontaminated environment. The cuts are selected by our butcher who takes also care that the slaughter is stress free as possible for the animal
